Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Qatar International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“QCDR”) Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Doha, Qatar. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jabal Al Rahmah regarding your use of the Site and Services.
